Drafting and negotiating Internet and new media agreements (website development, hosting and maintenance; co-location; e-commerce; technology outsourcing; advertising; digital and wireless delivery; content licensing and co-branding; technology transfer; multimedia products; database licensing; web site terms of use); publishing agreements (on behalf of publishers and authors); literary agency; entertainment (music licensing; music administration; celebrity appearances; endorsement agreements; television program production and licensing; film development fund; product fulfillment for public television premiums and infomercials; interactive entertainment web site); trademark licensing (international and domestic); software agreements (development, maintenance, and licensing; source code escrow).

Intellectual Property Counseling
General counseling on a broad spectrum of intellectual property issues including creation, acquisition, transfer, and licensing of various intellectual property rights, trademark issues (prosecution and protection of marks); copyright issues (fair use, potential infringement issues); online privacy issues (privacy policies; compliance with laws and regulations); domain name disputes.

Corporate Transactions and Counseling
Drafting, negotiating and counseling with respect to various arrangements and agreements (consulting, supplier, distribution, confidentiality and nondisclosure, employment and severance, and research collaboration).

Public speaking on intellectual property issues concerning for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
