I am a solicitor who specialises in dealing with serious personal injury claims, including workplace illness, industrial disease and asbestos related claims. In particular, I have expertise in dealing with multiple defendant claims and those where the former employer is no longer trading.

I am passionate about recovering compensation for clients who, through no fault of their own, have sustained an injury or illness at their place of work. I will work closely with clients to obtain as much information as possible to successfully resolve their claim, as well as carrying out complex investigations into the corporate history of the defendant employers.

I have experience in working with a diverse range of personal injury cases, including complex accidents at work or in public places, serious road traffic accidents and uninsured driver claims (MIB).

In addition, I spent a number of years working within the Poly Implant Prothèse (PIP) Breast Implant Group Litigation, dealing with a varying range of over 600 clients and settling claims involving the often complex injuries and losses sustained as a result of the faulty breast implants.

Previously, I was the President of the North Staffordshire Junior Lawyers Division and I have been with Shoosmiths since 2016.

I am quoted in the Legal 500.
