Profile

Katharina Röhl works as an attorney in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law Team. She advises clients in all areas of intellectual property law and unfair competition law. In these areas, she specialises in litigation before state courts, arbitration tribunals and public authorities.

Katharina Röhl studied at the University of Zurich (BLaw 2017, MLaw 2019) and at the University of New South Wales. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at a chair of private law at the University of Zurich. Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a trainee lawyer at a large commercial law firm in Zurich and at a chair of the University of Zurich, specialising in intellectual property law. She was admitted to the bar in 2022.

Katharina Röhl practices in German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice before all Swiss courts.
