Katrien joined Tiberghien in 2012.

As a member of the HR Tax Team she has extensive experience in all aspects of HR taxation within a national as well as an international context.

She advises, among other things, on national and international compensation structures for employees, managers and self-employed persons, equity incentivization, optimization of remuneration packages, supplementary pensions, salary-splits, employment of expats, cross-border social security, etc.

She is a regular speaker at conferences and has published various contributions in numerous tax journals.
