Katrina’s practice focuses on cross-border project finance and corporate lending transactions with a concentration on the energy and infrastructure sector.

Katrina is an associate in the energy and infrastructure team. She has experience with a wide range of financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers with a particular emphasis on project and infrastructure finance and asset finance.

Relevant Experience

  • Regularly advises a multilateral development finance institution on trade facilities across Africa.
  • Represented various development finance institutions in connection with an investment in a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor operating in the Middle East and North Africa.
  • Advising Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company in connection with its development and financing of one of the largest petrochemical facilities in the world.
  • Regular counsel to various development finance institutions including the United States International Development Finance Corporation and investment funds on multiple investments.
  • Regular counsel to a US bank on the UK aspects of cross-border leveraged acquisitions.
  • Counsel to a multilateral development bank on trade and project facilities in Eastern Europe.
  • Regularly advises a US financial institution in connection with the debt and lease financing of corporate aircraft and other high-value industrial equipment in Europe and Asia.
  • Conducts due diligence and assists with advice on general corporate and commercial work (including advice to GPs and LPs on limited partnership agreements).
  • Outside counsel to a company listed on the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
