Katrina E. Solomatina is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate practice group in the San Francisco office. Katrina represents publicly traded companies and start-ups in a variety of real estate transactions including commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants, real estate acquisitions and sales, and land use and permitting matters. Ms. Solomatina is experienced in all phases of real estate due diligence, including title insurance, easements and adjoining landowner disputes. Katrina has specific expertise in counseling clients in the area of community association law, including compliance with The Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, and the drafting of commercial and residential development declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) and represents various homeowner associations as association counsel.

Ms. Solomatina has significant contacts and experience representing clients in the South and East Bay communities of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ms. Solomatina currently serves on the Board of ECHO (The Educational Community for Homeowners). She is a member of the CAI and its Bay Area and Central California Chapters and CACM, and she recently became a member of the California State Bar Real Property Law Section CID-HOA Practice Area Committee. Ms. Solomatina is a frequent speaker and writer on the real estate topics.
