Kenneth Milne’s practice is focused on construction matters related to contracts, litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. Kenneth has significant experience handling commercial and maritime cases. He has represented clients in Texas and Louisiana state courts, federal courts and in arbitration hearings.

Prior to joining Bradley, Kenneth served as vice president and general counsel for a privately held mechanical contractor with locations across Texas. In addition to his legal duties, Kenneth was an integral part of the business management team and oversaw an operations and sales team. He has negotiated a wide range of contracts, including service and project agreements, master subcontract agreements, energy savings performance contracts, professional service agreements, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. He has also managed disputes with general contractors, subcontractors and vendors to equitable resolutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
