With governance and leadership experience across complex transformation programs, I have worked with clients to lift delivery performance, implement robust governance practices and manage complex commercial relationships.

  • Developed client relationships spanning decades across multiple engagements
  • Led the assessment and remediation of an in-flight sourcing strategy for a large digital transformation program
  • Led a procurement transformation across all spend categories for a large listed company, which resulted in a positive material shift in brand perception and uptake of services
  • Acted as the commercial lead on an IT outsourcing program, targeting a 50 per cent cost reduction for a holistic sourcing exercise influencing $400 million
  • Acted as company director on a board, targeting $750 million in benefits across the New Zealand health sector through a complex multi-stream change program
  • Developed, negotiated and managed a risk-reward framework for a three-year, $80 million co sourcing engagement with a tier-one provider on a Sydney-based transformation program
