Lee is active in the firm’s M&A and Corporate/Securities practice groups and advises clients on their acquisition, investment and disposition strategies.

Lee has experience representing clients in the negotiation and execution of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, control investments, and technology transactions. Lee also has experience advising clients concerning their IP protection, licensing, and enforcement strategies.

  • Represented private company engaged in integrated waste services in sale to private equity
  • Represented General Technologies, Inc. in acquisition of Precision-Hayes International, Inc. from Actuant Corporation


  • Represented a New York-based real estate private equity firm in connection with investment in Texas real estate operating company focused on urban redevelopment, multifamily, and student housing strategies.
  • Represented private equity client in connection with financing for development of local multifamily residential housing.
  • Represented multiple private company clients regarding private placement of equity and debt securities and general formation and governance matters
  • Represented US publicly traded company and its subsidiaries as borrowers with respect to $200 million syndicated loan agreement
