Profile
I joined Shoosmiths Access Legal in June 2015 as a Solicitor based in the Birmingham office specialising in Court of Protection practice.

The work I undertake includes acting for professional and lay Deputies in relation to the general management of protected parties property and financial affairs.

I also act in a number of Court of Protection applications, such as those for the execution of statutory wills, gifts and contested power of attorney registrations.

I have a particular interest in assisting clients who have catastrophic injuries or sufferred traumatic brain injury at birth.

I can also assist clients with the creation and ongoing administration of Personal Injury Trusts.
