Madeline Anguiano has a vast array of experience in health care law and litigation, having represented dentists, physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in malpractice actions. Madeline is also well-versed in all phases of pretrial practice, including drafting memoranda, correspondences, motions, and pleadings, conducting discovery, defending depositions, and making court appearances, and has researched and written memoranda for both civil and criminal cases involving evidentiary disputes, administrative appeals, civil rights, and due process issues.
