As a member of the energy and infrastructure team, Mae assists clients in structuring and closing transactions surrounding the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of domestic and international conventional and renewable energy facilities and technology.

Mae also represents energy and utilities issuers and underwriters in a range of capital markets transactions, including common stock offerings, registered debt offerings, 4(a)(2) private placements, Rule 144A debt offerings, convertible and hybrid securities offerings, tax-exempt multimodal debt offerings, and establishment of “at-the-market” equity programs.
