Manfredo Kempff M. has been a member of the Firm since 1999. He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica Boliviana Law School in La Paz, Bolivia and was admitted to practice in 1998.

Mr. Kempff has participated in various seminars and programs abroad. He has spoken on the enforcement of copyrights in seminars held by the Business Software Alliance in Santa Cruz.

Mr. Kempff is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
