Law graduate with a minor in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes, holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Legislation from the same institution, and received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia University Law School in New York.
As a member of the Banking and Financial Services practice team, she advises financial institutions, export credit agencies, state-owned companies, project sponsors and corporations in connection with financial regulatory matters and proceedings before the Colombian Finance Superintendence, and national and international financing transactions, including corporate loans, syndicated loans and aircraft financing.
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, where she worked as a Legal Consultant for the Corporate practice in Dentons US LLP (New York Office).
