Maria Grazia specialises in real estate at different territorial levels, advising on issues including construction, networks of roads, state property, zoning and building; work contracts, both for supply and services; realization of public projects by means of the assignment of construction and management licenses; project financing and infrastructures; landscape and environmental protection. In these fields she is regarded as one the top experts in Italy and has been awarded and ranked among the leaders by the most prominent international legal directories and publishers.

She has been a partner of the firm since 1998. 

Maria Grazia received her law degree cum laude in 1981 from the University of Genova where she lectured form 1981 to 1988. She also did post graduate work in Real Estate and Project Finance at the SDA Bocconi University in Milan. 

Maria Grazia is a member of the Italian Bar as well as a founding member of the Italian Administrative Lawyers Association.

She speaks Italian and English.
