Maria is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Corporate Commercial department. She specialises in corporate mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters.

She has acted for local and international, listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries including mining, telecommunications, insurance and renewable energy.

Maria’s experience includes drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial documents, conducting legal research and advisory work on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate commercial law.
