Paralegal

Marie-Pier Vézina Ouellet is a paralegal and works in the business law sector of the Sherbrooke office.

She assists attorneys in the preparation of various legal documents. In this capacity, she works with them, in particular, as a part of corporate reorganizations, the purchase/sale of shares or any other type of commercial transaction. She carries out all operations required in connection with the corporate life of companies, from incorporation to dissolution, and maintains the minute books and related registries. She also assists attorneys in the process of due diligence.
