Marjan Poljak is a Senior Partner in charge of the firm’s regional business development. With over 18 years of professional experience, he has taken a leading role in numerous M&A transactions. Apart from his extensive involvement in transactional and general corporate work, Marjan regularly advises clients on complex multi jurisdictional compliance, IT and data protection matters. He has in-depth knowledge of specific industries, including healthcare & pharmaceuticals, IT and aviation. He heads the firm’s anti-corruption practice and advises clients on sensitive compliance matters and anti-corruption investigations.
