Marshall Olney is an Attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office, and a member of the Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning practice group. Mr. Olney focuses his practice on general business tax, reorganizations, and mergers.

Mr. Olney is also is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He also holds an FAA Airline Transport Certificate (ATP). He’s working towards Legal Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (LM&A) and International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (IM&A) certificates and International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (IM&A).

Prior to his career in the law, Mr. Olney was an Army Officer and Blackhawk aviator. He was deployed to Liberia as part of the global effort to combat the spread of Ebola.
