Martin Vráb is an associate at Kocián Šolc Balaštík, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. He graduated from the Masaryk University School of Law in Brno (Mgr. – 2005).

He has been an advocate since 2016 and he is a member of the Czech Bar Association.

Martin primarily specializes in competition law, litigation and arbitration, European community law and administrative law and proceedings. In his current practice, Martin also benefits from the experience gathered during his several years practice at the Czech Competition Authority (the central authority of state administration responsible for creating conditions that favour and protect competition, supervision over public procurement and consultation and monitoring in relation to the provision of state aid).

Recently Martin has been representing Asiana in a successful competition dispute with Student Agency which has been fined for having abused its dominant position, Karlovarské minerální vody in an acquisition clearance proceedings before the Czech Competition Authority , Agrofert in several clearance proceedings, Skanska regarding a potential violation of the Competition Act, or Leo Express in proceedings before the Czech Competition Authority and the European Commission on the grounds of abuse of dominance by Czech Railways.
