Profile

Matt Lilly’s previous experience as a trial lawyer allows him to provide his construction clients with the knowledge to avoid potential pitfalls in the day-to-day operations of their businesses. Matt represents contractors, subcontractors, and developers in public and private construction projects focusing on risk mitigation and dispute avoidance throughout the construction process. While he represents clients across the construction industry, his practice focuses primarily on clients involved in renewable energy projects and utility-scale solar construction projects, in particular.

Prior to joining Bradley, Matt worked for a North Carolina-based defense litigation firm where he handled cases for clients from the initial pleadings through trial and appeals, and provided those clients with risk analysis and assessment prior to, during and post litigation. His litigation experience includes not only construction-related matters, but also cases involving product liability claims, the defense of catastrophic tractor-trailer accidents, and general commercial business matters.
