Max Martinez focuses on real estate, land use, and environmental law. He is experienced in performing legal research and drafting legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions, land use, and development issues throughout the State of California. His experience includes assisting clients throughout the commercial real estate transactional process, review and advice regarding land use and development-related issues, assisting in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) administration and litigation, as well as filings for the California Public Utilities Commission's administrative hearings.
