Profile

Megan works with senior legal counsel to advise boards of trustees and plan sponsors on a variety of legal matters involving pension and benefit plans. She interprets and amends plan texts and trust documentation, advises in respect of legislative, common law and governance principles and prepares governance materials.

Megan also negotiates a variety of plan contracts including investment management, custodian and letter of credit trust agreements, and provides support in pension and benefit litigation and arbitration matters.
