Melissa Carroll is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group and Oil and Gas Practice Group. She primarily focuses on complex litigation related to commercial construction and residential construction disputes. Melissa is licensed to practice in both Texas and Louisiana and has handled a variety of matters in federal and state courts in both states. Most recently, Melissa briefed a matter concerning a commercial dispute before the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, which resulted in a victory for one of the nation's largest metal building component manufacturers. In the oil and gas arena, she has experience litigating personal injury oil field accidents. Melissa has also extensively researched and litigated indemnity issues that arise in the oil field context.
