Michael Crum counsels clients on a variety of business law matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business formation, joint ventures, private equity, securities laws, and corporate finance matters. Michael has extensive experience advising clients in the healthcare industry, as well as companies in the IT and retail sectors. He strives to provide practical advice to his clients, which range from start-up entrepreneurs to public companies.

Michael received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he completed the Business Transactions Concentration. In addition, Michael participated on the UT Transactional LawMeet team that placed First in Negotiation at the Southeast Regional Competition and won Best Draft and Third place in Negotiation at the National Competition. He received his undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management and Classical Civilizations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
