Michael Gradidge is an Executive in ENSafrica’s Dispute Resolution department. He specialises in various fields of commercial litigation in both the High Court and arbitration.
Michael has acted for an array of clients in a number of complex litigation matters, including those related to public sector procurement, contractual disputes, company law disputes, property law disputes, pension fund disputes, intellectual property infringement and various other aspects of commercial litigation.
He also has extensive experience in tax litigation, including the reviewing of decisions by the South African Revenue Service, and has been involved in ground-breaking proceedings relating to the suspension of tax payments pending the resolution of a tax dispute.
