He is also on the Board of Directors for the California Receiver’s Forum, Los Angeles and Orange County Chapters, since 2018. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star from 2013-2017. Most recently, Mr. Muse-Fisher was recognized as one of Sacramento Magazine’s 2021 Top Lawyer in the field of Commercial Litigation.

  • Representation of Receiver in state court receivership action involving large-scale mixed-use development project;
  • Representation of equity Receiver charged with the responsibility for operating an internet sales company and selling the company’s assets;
  • Prosecution of nationwide paper goods manufacturer’s breach of contract claims;
  • Defense of major garment retailers in a copyright dispute involving potential claims in excess of $1,000,000.00; and
  • Significant experience in preparing all aspects of a case for trial or arbitration.
