As an associate within the corporate team of Carey Olsen Bermuda, Michelle advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law. Michelle has notable and varied commercial transactional experience having worked with JSE listed companies, multinational banks, and some of the world's largest providers of financial markets data.

Michelle was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2019 after obtaining her Bachelor of Laws degree cum laude and completing her practical vocational training between the commercial and litigation departments of Eversheds Sutherlands (KZN) Inc, an international corporate law firm in Durban, South Africa. After her training, Michelle was retained as an associate to focus on High Court corporate litigation.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2023, Michelle was a legal adviser for Radiant Law, a UK-headquartered alternative legal services firm.
