Profile

Monique S. Eubanks is a litigator in Dykema’s Detroit office where she focuses her practice primarily on business and commercial litigation and product liability matters. Ms. Eubanks advises and assists clients in all phases of the litigation process, including each stage of pretrial and trial work in both state and federal court.

Ms. Eubanks graduated from Wayne State University Law School where she received the Damon J. Keith Scholarship, was a member of the Mock Trial Team and served as President of the Black Law Students’ Association 2018-2019. Notably, Ms. Eubanks won the Wayne Law NFL Contract Negotiation Competition, advancing to the Tulane Law School National NFL Contract Negotiation Competition finishing as a Semi-Finalist.

While in law school, Ms. Eubanks interned for the Honorable Arthur J. Tarnow and the Honorable Gershwin A. Drain of the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan. Additionally, Ms. Eubanks interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan in the Civil Defensive Litigation Unit.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Eubanks worked in a managerial role in financial services for JP Morgan Chase and as a supervisor in treasury services for the City of Detroit.
