Profile

Prior to joining TSMP, Monisha practised at one of the "Big Four" law firms in Singapore before embarking on a one-year stint as in-house legal counsel for a Fortune 500 company.

Her versatility as a lawyer is evident from her diverse litigation practice which spans the gamut of disputes. She has a particular focus on construction, medical negligence, shareholder and trust disputes. Monisha takes special care to build trusting, long-term relationships with her clients which include high-net-worth individuals, statutory bodies, listed companies and multinational corporations.

She has an eye for detail and an endlessly curious disposition which manifests in her dealings with her clients and in her dogged dedication to her clients' causes. Her knack for picking up on finer points of detail carries over to her leisure time. Until recently, Monisha was a common sight at the National Gallery of Singapore, where she was an active member of its docent training programme. Monisha writes and speaks fluent English, Mandarin and French.
