Moray specialises in planning and consenting work and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Planning Law.

He is experienced in a number of consenting regimes including planning, marine, compulsory purchase and roads law, and has as a detailed knowledge of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) regime.
