Moreno Martini specialises in the field of  sale and purchase of participating interests. He has also advised Italian and overseas companies in corporate activities and M&A transactions, and in particular, he is considered an expert in negotiating and establishing international joint venture projects . He has also lead teams in significant outsourcing operations relating to the automotive sector and has contributed to important industrial and commercial start up projects.

Moreno regularly appears as a speaker at conferences across Italy, most recently delivering a speech entitled “Public civil works and leasing: an effective alternative? A comparison with project financing” in Turin. 

He holds the office of Secretary to the Board of Directors of the following companies: Aermacchi S.p.A, Selenia Communications S.p.A and of Wass S.p.A (Finmeccanica Group).

He is member of the Italian Bar.
