Nancy K. Swift represents clients in matters involving labor and employment, real estate, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, commercial disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, banking and general contract matters. Her litigation experience includes financial institutions, antitrust, securities, administrative law and trade regulation. She also has experience in products liability and construction litigation.

Prior to settling in Arizona, Ms. Swift worked for the national law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, D.C. She later served as a Special Trial Counsel in the General Counsel’s office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
