Napassaporn is an associate with Kudun and Partners in the corporate and M&A practice. She has assisted and represented several companies across multiple industries in drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, including shareholders’ agreements, share subscription agreements, and minutes of shareholders’ general meetings. She has gained extensive experience particularly in assisting tech startups with fundraising matters.
