Profile

Nathan Graham’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and transactions with a particular focus on construction, public-private partnerships, energy and corporate matters. Nathan’s experience includes representation of clients in state and federal district courts, as well as multiple arbitration bodies in multiple jurisdictions. He routinely represents entities in the energy and construction industries, including general and design-build contractors, exploration and production companies, offshore and subsea operators, oilfield and offshore service companies, and decommissioning and maintenance companies operating in the Gulf of Mexico.

Nathan has extensive heavy highway and infrastructure experience and was intimately involved in all legal matters related to several multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects. His involvement included everything from drafting and negotiating construction contracts, utility issues, litigation, risk and claims management, environmental and workplace safety matters. Nathan also has considerable experience in corporate restructuring, finance, related transactions and litigation arising from those areas of practice.

Prior to joining Bradley, Nathan served as Chief Corporate Officer for an Inuit land claim organization based north of the Arctic Circle in the Northwest Territories of Canada. There he managed business performance and legal affairs for the corporate group, as well as multiple subsidiaries in varying industries, including investment, transportation, logistics, aviation, oil and gas distribution and exploration, manufacturing, and natural resource and land management. Nathan also served as counsel for an international infrastructure construction company as one of the lead lawyers for several of their high-profile infrastructure mega-projects in Texas.

Nathan is a certified mediator and mediates select cases involving complex commercial and construction matters.
