Profile
Nicholas graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2015 and thereafter trained in TSMP Law Corporation, where he was retained as an associate. Nicholas was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016 and is currently part of the firm's Employment and Dispute Resolution Department.

Nicholas has handled a wide array of matters including various shareholder, investment, insolvency, landlord and tenant, and employment disputes. Owing to his experience, he is often engaged to advise on corporate and real estate transactions on top of his dispute resolution work. He also frequently advises on aspects of employment law and personal data protection law.

An individual who is ever hungry for challenges, Nicholas is never one to back down from a tough fight, provided that the situation calls for it. He is consistently searching for fresh opportunities to further expand his professional experience.

Nicholas believes in connecting with his clients on a personal level. Once engaged, he commits to resolving his clients’ issues and concerns as though these were his very own. Nicholas’ clientele spans across Singapore-listed and foreign-listed companies, MNCs, banks, SMEs, as well as the man on the street. In addition to English, Nicholas speaks conversational Mandarin and Japanese.
In
his spare time, Nicholas enjoys helping the less fortunate and giving back to society. He is a volunteer lawyer with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, and also volunteers to conduct legal clinics at the State Courts and at community centres. In addition, Nicholas is active in the firm’s pro bono committee, which conducts outreach activities for the youth-at-risk and the elderly.
