Nick’s practice focuses on commercial financing matters across the energy industry.

Nick advises lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial financing matters across a broad range of industries and asset classes, with a particular focus on renewable and conventional energy assets.

In addition, Nick is an Adjunct Professor at the William & Mary Elder and Disability Law Clinic of the College of William & Mary Law School.

Relevant Experience

  • Served as designated underwriter’s counsel in connection with an electric utility’s letter of credit facility and $400 million senior notes issuance associated with a portfolio of wind infrastructure projects.
  • Represented electric utility borrower in connection with strategy, policy and advice concerning credit facilities.
