Nick is a principal associate in the firm’s corporate team. He has considerable experience in all aspects of corporate transactions, but particularly mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, joint ventures and private equity led transactions. He acts for both individuals and corporate clients and regularly works with major corporate finance advisory firms.

Nick’s recent experience includes:

• advising Nash Squared on the MBO and sale its Nordic operation, Alumni;

• advising AIM listed transport solutions operator, Rotala plc, on its acquisitions;

• acting on multiple occasions for shareholders on the disposal of insurance broking businesses to Aston Lark Group Limited;

• acting for the shareholders of Dorsey Construction Materials Limited on its sale to Röko AB;

• acting for the shareholders of Mikrofill Systems Limited and Mikrofill 2000 Limited on the sale to Stuart Turner Limited;

• acting on the acquisition of insurance broking businesses for Jensten Group Limited;

• acting for the shareholders of Valpak Holdings Limited on its sale to Reconomy; and

• acting for PE fund, Heligan Group LLP on a series of investments and acquisitions.
