Profile
Nikos Klingenberg provides clients with the groundwork for making land use and real estate decisions. A paralegal with Schwabe’s Natural Resources Industry Group, he assists with timber and other commercial transactions, from due diligence phases to closing. Nikos work often involves real estate issues as well. He analyzes real property legal descriptions to support clients and attorneys with issues related to boundary lines, assessments, and encumbrances. Nikos also assists with drafting conveyance and compliance documentation for both commercial and residential transactions involving real property.
