Noleta Jansen guides her clients on complex estate planning, as well as estate and trust administration matters, to ensure smooth asset management and maximize assets available for transfer to beneficiaries through smart tax planning. She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust, estate and fiduciary disputes. In particular, Noleta advises clients on:

  • Planning and making lifetime gifts and preparing gift tax returns.
  • Determining powers of attorney for health care and living wills to ensure their wishes will be honored when the need arises.
