Profile
Oleksiy Soloviov advises domestic and foreign companies on Ukrainian antitrust and competition matters. He acquired specific expertise in advising clients seeking merger authorisation from Ukraine s Anti-Monopoly Committee. Oleksiy also advises clients on Ukrainian public procurement matters, and the legal structuring of projects, with a particular focus on roads and municipal infrastructure, as well as general matters relating to Ukrainian economic Law.
