With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate, banking and finance and aviation sectors, she has extensive experience in providing comprehensive corporate advice to companies in different industries, including multi-level reorganization processes, structuring and documenting syndicated financing and credit and managing their guarantee packages, as well as advising and representing aviation companies throughout the regulatory and compliance process. Significant Accomplishments
Advised in preparing the local documentation for the partial release of the pledge granted over mortgage loans by Banco de America Central, S.A. (BAC) in favor of DFC as well as monitoring compliance of the portfolio of mortgage loans granted as security for a syndicated loan agreement originally granted by an international bank and Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC now DFC).

Advised in structuring, negotiating and preparing the local documentation for the financing transactions granted by AMERRA Capital Management, LLC (AMERRA) and other funds administered by AMERRA, to Corporacion Agricola, S.A. (AGRICORP), the main producer and distributor of imported rice in Nicaragua, for the purchase of rice from its supplier in the United States.

Advised in creating joint ventures with foreign companies in order to present a joint offer in high level public bidding processes. Additionally, due to increased regulatory requirements and corporate registrations applicable to companies in Nicaragua, our permanent monitoring and advice is necessary in order for the company to comply with its legal obligations. A major part of the company's operations is bidding processes for sale of their services, equipment and IT solutions to governmental and private entities and she assists them in providing all necessary legal support documentation, usually in very tight timeframes, as well as reviewing the contracts awarded to the company.
