Paige has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on general commercial contracting matters.

As a member of the firm’s SmartCounsel Solutions and the global outsourcing and technology team, Paige assists clients with myriad commercial contracting issues. She helps companies develop commercial template agreements, negotiate agreements, and review commercial proposals, while simultaneously ensuring communication among various stakeholders and conducting appropriate levels of risk review.

Paige’s significant in-house experience provides valuable perspectives on client service. She has served as in-house counsel in the energy sector, and also directly supported the legal departments of two Fortune 500 companies.
