Paola has experience leading judicial and administrative processes, including civil, criminal, contentious-administrative, state collection actions, labor, commercial, constitutional and energy matters as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution.

She also has experience with proceedings before the Central American Justice Court, achieving important precedents through case sentences under her charge.

Paola has had extensive experience in the handling of all types of legal actions, such as constitutional actions, unconstitutionalities and special executions related to the development and execution of national electric power transport projects.
