Paul Ware focused primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and related corporate activities and transactions, particularly those involving financial institutions. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of North Carolina School of Law Banking Institute.

In addition to transactional work, Paul had significant experience advising public and private companies and their boards of directors on fiduciary and corporate governance matters and securities and reporting obligations.
