Profile

Paul Stewart is a litigator based in Dykema’s Ann Arbor office. He represents clients on a range of commercial, product liability, environmental, and antitrust matters—with an emphasis on class action defense and cases involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Across these specialties, Mr. Stewart is driven by an unwavering focus on client satisfaction.

Mr. Stewart has extensive experience planning, managing, and executing discovery projects of all sizes. As a member of Dykema’s Discovery Management & E-Discovery Group, he is at the forefront of best practices for managing and reviewing electronically-stored information. By properly tailoring e-discovery methods to the unique features of each case, Mr. Stewart knows how to ensure compliance while minimizing cost.

Mr. Stewart is a proud graduate of Wayne State University Law School, where he received a full tuition merit scholarship. While in law school, Mr. Stewart served as editor-in-chief of the Wayne Law Review.
