Paul Tobin is member of the Corporate Practice Group in the Firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Tobin focuses his practice on corporate law, entrepreneurship, fund management and consulting. He has had a career in the US and overseas that has included advisory and senior executive roles in industries from financial services to food, and with businesses from the development stages through to successful global enterprises. He has lived and worked in the US, UK, Oceania, and Asia, and is a dual US and Australian citizen.

Mr. Tobin has a lifelong passion for helping others, with a particular focus on the role of educational opportunity to break cycles of disadvantage. With the enthusiastic support of the Firm, he works extensively with non-profits, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board Of Directors for the Orangewood Foundation.
