As a member of the Energy and Infrastructure Industry Groups, Petar advises clients in high-profile energy projects in the region, both related to the development of new energy facilities and those aimed at the improvement of regulatory framework for renewable energy sources and is recognised as top energy lawyer among relevant stakeholders. Also, being the member of the Tax and Corporate Departments, he is focused on issues related to VAT and corporate income tax, general corporate law and M&A. He participated in or led - preparation and negotiation of transactional documents, due diligences, etc., in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
