Pieter has been working as a Tiberghien lawyer since 2009 and became partner in 2020. He specialises in all types of estate planning, regularisation and (inter)national asset structuring work.

Pieter has particular expertise in the area of family-owned businesses (family tax law). By combining his estate planning with corporate tax practices, Pieter helps provide a distinctive Tiberghien approach in this practice area.

Pieter focuses foremost on his clients' specific needs. For each client, Pieter's starting point is always dialogue and clear understanding. Pieter's highly-committed and personal approach has enabled him to become a confidential adviser for many entrepreneurial individuals and families.
