Mr. Li specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, venture capital investment, public financing (equity and debt), and foreign direct investment. Mr. Li primarily assists in conducting due diligence investigations, drafting legal documents, and participating in negotiations. From December 2014 to June 2015, Mr. Li interned in the compliance department of Beijing Gaohua Securities Co., Ltd.
